Karnataka Co-operative Milk Producers Federation (KMF) on Thursday launched a new range of dairy products under its flagship Nandini brand. The move expands its portfolio to meet consumers’ growing preferences around nutrition, quality and product transparency.
The newly introduced products include N-Pro Milk (High-Protein Milk), Medium Fat Paneer, GoodLife High-Aroma Ghee, Nandini Pure Ghee, Probiotic Yogurt, Probiotic Mango Lassi, Probiotic Strawberry Lassi, Dairy Whitener and affordable small packs of milk and yogurt priced at ₹10 each. These were released by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in the presence of senior government officials, MLAs and KMF representatives at the Vidhana Soudha office.
According to KMF, N-Pro milk contains about 18 percent more protein than regular milk and is aimed at consumers seeking better nutritional value across all age groups. Medium-fat cottage cheese provides a lower-fat alternative to regular cottage cheese and contains 50 grams of protein.
The highlight of the launch is the introduction of QR code-enabled packaging on ghee products under both the GoodLife sub-brand and Nandini label. Consumers can scan the QR code to access product details and verify authenticity, a move aimed at curbing counterfeit products and improving consumer confidence.
The probiotic range including yogurt and flavored lassi is designed to support digestive health and immunity, while the dairy whitener is positioned as a convenient alternative to fresh milk with an extended shelf life.
KMF said it is offering products at competitive prices to ensure affordability while maintaining quality standards. The federation currently markets over 175 dairy products under the Nandini brand and has gained customer trust across states and countries.
