Dodla Dairy has reported a net profit of ₹68.7 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2026, compared to ₹63.6 crore in the same quarter last year, showing a growth of 8.1 per cent. During the quarter, it earned revenue of ₹1,025 crore (₹901.2 crore), up 13.7 per cent year-on-year.
For the nine-month period, the company reported a net profit of ₹197.2 crore (₹192 crore), showing a growth of 2.7 per cent, while revenue stood at ₹3,050.70 crore (₹2,810 crore), showing a growth of 8.5 per cent.
“Although volume growth remained strong, margins were under pressure during the quarter. Several factors including higher procurement costs, onset of winter and negligible levels of bulk sales impacted our profitability,” said Dodla Sunil Reddy, managing director, Dodla Dairy.
Citing a one-time provision of about ₹5.7 crore during the quarter under the revised Labor Code guidelines, he said this was balanced by the positive impact of tax reversals of ₹21.9 crore.
Saying it sees growth opportunities in the East African dairy market, he said the company is planning greenfield capacity expansion in Uganda with an estimated investment of ₹50-60 crore.
“We have secured about 70 acres of land. We will invest in the next two years,” he said.
