The three-day India International Coffee Festival (IICF) 2026 will be held in Bengaluru from February 12. Organized by the Specialty Coffee Association of India (SCAI) with the support of Coffee Board of India and Nestle India, the festival brings together the entire spectrum of the Indian coffee ecosystem on one platform, organizers said.
Expected to attract around 100 enterprises and over 20,000 visitors, IICF 2026 will convene coffee growers, processors, exporters, roasters, equipment manufacturers, café brands, baristas and consumers and focus on collaboration, knowledge exchange, innovation and market access at a time when the Indian coffee sector is moving towards quality-led growth.
“Indian coffee is gaining recognition for its quality and diversity. Platforms like IICF play an important role in connecting producers to markets, encouraging best practices and supporting long-term growth of both domestic consumption and exports,” said Kurma Rao M, CEO and Secretary, Coffee Board of India.
Structured around a farm-to-cup framework, the festival offers insight into production, processing, roasting and brewing through curated tastings, workshops and cupping sessions. These experiences highlight regional coffee profiles, processing techniques and flavor development, encouraging informed consumption and a deeper appreciation for quality and traceability.
“India’s coffee sector is steadily moving from a commodity-based approach to a quality and experience-driven market,” said Hamsini Appadurai, president of SCAI and president of organizer IICF. “This edition of IICF reflects a change with larger scale, deeper business engagement and a stronger focus on showcasing the diversity and potential of Indian coffee in the domestic and global markets.”
