
National Co-operative Exports Limited (NCEL) and Hyderabad Agricultural Co-operative Association Limited (HACA) signed an MoU to promote agricultural exports from Telangana.
A step has been taken with the aim of strengthening agricultural exports from the cooperative sector of Telangana National Cooperative Export Limited (NCEL) And Hyderabad Agricultural Cooperative Association Limited (HACA) A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in Hyderabad.
This agreement marks the beginning of a long-term collaboration focused on enhancing export opportunities for agricultural and allied products produced by cooperative societies across the state.

Unupom Kaushik, Managing Director of NCEL said that this strategic partnership is expected to create new opportunities for the cooperative societies of Telangana by connecting them to global markets and enhancing the competitiveness of their products. The MoU underlines the shared commitment of both organizations to empower farmers, cooperatives and rural communities through sustainable export-driven growth.
Major areas of cooperation
Under the MOU, HACA and NCEL will jointly identify and promote exportable Agricultural and allied commodities from co-operative societies of Telangana which have marketable surplus.
Both organizations will also provide facilities market contact By connecting cooperative societies and affiliated institutions with domestic and international buyers. NCEL can support procurement and marketing of goods ready for export from cooperative societies as per requirement.
Another focus area will be sustainable and profitable growth value chain For products ready for export. The initiative aims to ensure long-term benefits for farmers by creating a flexible supply chain that meets international standards and demand.
Focus on inclusive growth
Speaking on this occasion, Of. Surendra Mohan Emphasis was laid on the role of cooperatives in pursuing inclusive and equitable development. He said that this collaboration will strengthen the economic condition of farmers and cooperative members as well as improve the visibility of Telangana’s agricultural produce in international markets.
HACA officials said the partnership with NCEL will address long-standing challenges related to market access and help ensure that surplus products from cooperatives reach buyers around the world. He said access to structured export channels would increase returns for farmers.
By linking HACA’s grassroots network with NCEL’s export capabilities, the collaboration aims to transform the cooperative export landscape in Telangana and establish the state as a hub for high-quality agricultural and allied exports.
