Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

2. Refund Policy

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 30 Mintues after placing the order, provided the order has not already been packed or dispatched.
  • Once the order is packed or out for delivery, cancellations will not be possible.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Products stored incorrectly after delivery
  • Delayed delivery caused by factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.)
