The information provided regarding official schemes, policies, or announcements is for general public awareness only, sourced from public government domains. Users must rely on the official government channels for application, eligibility, or official verification.

2. Disclaimers and Accuracy of Information (Critical Clause)

This section limits your legal liability regarding the data you provide.

2.1. **Mandi Rates, Weather Data, and Official Information Sources:**

  • **Data Sourcing:** The daily Mandi Rates, Weather Updates, and information on **official programs and schemes** are sourced from various third-party agencies and **publicly available government sources**.
  • **Source Transparency:** The primary public sources for official data and announcements include:

3. User Account and Registration

3.1. **Account Obligations:** You may be required to register to access the forum or certain personalized features. You agree to:    

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification.
  • Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2. **No Commercial Use:** Your account must be used only for non-commercial, informational purposes related to farming and agriculture.

4. User-Generated Content and Forum Rules

This section establishes rules for the forum to comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 as an Intermediary.

4.1. **User Content Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for all information, text, graphics, photos, or other material (“User Content”) you post on the Kisan Kendra forum.

4.2. **Prohibited Content (IT Act Compliance):** You agree not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any User Content that:    

  • Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, hateful, or racially/ethnically objectionable.
  • Impersonates another person.
  • Relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling.
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
  • Is misleading or grossly offensive or menacing in nature.
  • Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order.
  • Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the Service.

4.3. **Monitoring and Enforcement:**    

  • Kisan Kendra has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor User Content and may remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these T&C or is reported as unlawful under the law of India.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your access to the forum and Service immediately if you violate any of the Prohibited Content rules.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. **Ownership of Service Content:** The name Kisan Kendra, the sabjiwala.shop domain, app icon, website design, and all original editorial content (excluding User Content) are owned by Kisan Kendra and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.

5.2. **Licence to User Content:** By posting User Content, you grant Kisan Kendra a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such User Content on the Service.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. **Governing Law:** These T&C and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6.2. **Jurisdiction:** You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in **Delhi** for the resolution of any disputes.

7. Changes to Terms

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised T&C constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
